• For hiring full time or part time resource 2 months refundable security deposit (Subject to minimum contract commitment of 3 months.) is applicable. This security will be refunded after 3 months or adjusted against the monthly fee.
• You will be provided all the invoices, receipts and agreement which helps your manage your taxation easily.
• Hired developer will be working 5 days a week, 8 hours a day from Mon-Friday during 10am – 8pm IST. However we can always work out the timings of the hired resource.
• Your hired Employee will not be in our company network so your all data will be stay in one machine only and nobody shall have access for the same.
• We provide all the required resources like High Speed Internet Connectivity, Security, Time Tracking Machines, Good work environment, Computer Machine sufficient to perform a job. However if there is any special requirement client can always discuss and those request will be fulfill by paying extra cost.
• We shall provide completely formatted Machine so no previous data will be accessible by the developer and when contract ends, we shall wipe entire drive so none of your data will stay with us afterwards.
• We provide free Time Tracking Log and Time Sheet also a Manager will be constantly monitoring resource and keep you informed about resource work, behavior, breaks etc.
• Flat 10% Discount will be given on completion of the 6 Months of Tenure. Eg. If monthly cost is $100, after six months from 7th Month billing cycle cost will be just $90 at discounted rates. This will be application only for resources having 3+ Years experience
• Migration/Hiring process can take from a week up to 3 Months of time which is purely depends on available resource pool.
