Looking for alternative to Parse hosted apps?

If you are looking migration from Parse.com to other alternative then we can help you to migrate your existing mobile apps that are currently using Parse.com since it is back-end for data storage. As we all know Parse.com is going to be shut down desire is to move back-end from Parse.com to opensource version of Parse-server and re-verify all the existing web & mobile features are working.

PROPOSED TOOLS & TECHNOLOGIES

App Server

Till now your app have stored data on hosted parse backend however now since parse have released Parse server as Opensource we can deploy it on any host of our choice

Database

Since parse was already using NoSQL database MongoDB OpenSource parse will also use the same however in order to easily manage your MongoDB we use MLab

Dashboard

This new OpenSource parse server provide ability to manage your apps through parse dashboard as a tool since Parse will not be providing hosted service.

Cloud Hosting

We normally uses Amazone Cloud or Heroku as cloud hosting in order to host Opensource Parse server during migration process due to it’s competitive rates and scalability

Hey! Are you looking for Parse.com Data Migration Service?

We are good with data migration services and we specialize in migrating data from Parse.com to Parse Server.

Process!
Parse Migration

  • 1 Choose Cloud

First step is to decide which hosting we are going to use. There are different options available like AWS, Firebase, Heroku, Azure

  • 2 Setup Database

As we already know Parse was using MongoDB a powerful NoSQL database. MongoDB will be configured using mLab on cloud host.

  • 3 Migrate Data

Since we have our new database ready on cloud using MongoDB then we start migration of data from old parse hosted database to your own server.

  • 4 Deploy Parse Server

We shall then install the OpenSource script on cloud app instance (released by Parse.com only) so then our own parse will be ready!

  • 5 Deploy Dashboard

TO manage apps and its data Parse dashboard is recommended just like were doing earlier at Hosted parse apps on parse.com.

  • 6 Parse SDK

There is slight change in the SDK so we need to remove the old SDKs from the mobile apps code and add new SDK which are built for opensource Parse Server

  • 7 Go Live

At last after changing the URLs we need to enter we need to submit new app builts on the app store for release once it is approved your new apps are ready to use.

  • 8 Maintenance

As we all know any system or apps or back-end needs upgrades and maintenance time to time we also provide support on demand.
